Maze Gusa will have a good 2021 campaign for the Ubly Bearcats Girls Cross Country Team. Had a fantastic season as a Sophomore in 2020. Top 3 Finish in the Division 4 Individual State Finals at Michigan Motor Speedway in Brooklyn. Showing me good impression & so has the other sportswriters across the State of Michigan too. Head Coach Garrett Jurges is excited about her coming up in the next 2 years. Good strength & power. Very good endurance. Hard working individual each & everyday & goes 110% at practices & meets. Best Runner in the Whole GTCE Division in 2021 once again. 2 years to get good out there still. Can’t wait to cover her meets this coming fall wherever I go to see her run out there. Took 1st Place at the Bad Axe & Sandusky Invitational. 2nd Place at the North Branch Invitational in 2020. Look out for her in the 2021 campaign. She is good indeed. Love watching run & compete with the best of them. Hard working lady on & off the playing field. Study stuff for classes too. Have good grades in school. Put the mindset on one thing at a time….. Dedicated Runner Year Round…….
