Matt Sahr was a Standout Pitcher for the Reese Rockets Baseball Team in his playing days at the helm. 2014 Reese HS Graduated. Got the privilege to play for Head Coach Dave Elliott in his time being there. Went to the Division 3 Semifinals in 2014 & lose to the Grosse Pointe Woods University Of Liggett Knights at Michigan State University in East Lansing. Went on to play College Baseball for the Delta Community College Pioneers in Saginaw, MI. After he was done in College he decided to comeback home in Reese. Grew up & raise for his whole entire life. Making a good impact on young kids lives now. Helping out the program now with Head Coach Jacob Purman. Giving out instructions to Jesse Stricker on this image on top. He is a Senior this season at Reese HS. Matt is a good help to this Baseball program. Loves this game. America’s Game. Living the dream job already now in progress. Knows his Baseball very well. Cares about those kids. Dave Elliott is happy see what Matt is doing now. Good mindset of that one in play. Impressive stuff I saw from Matt Sahr on Friday Night. Detroit Tigers Baseball Fan. GM Al Avila like the 2 Manager hires he made out there. Ron Gardenhire on October 19th, 2017 as the Manager of that Ball Club. He was there for 3 years at then helm. Rebuild that Minor League Farm System. MLB Draft Picks has been impressive as well too in the last 4 years. AJ Hinch was another good hire they made on October 30th, 2020 at Comerica Park in Detroit. Even a better hire too. Won 77 games in 2021 with the Ball Club he had out there. Good understanding of things he brings to the table. Matt’s parents raised him very well. His Sister Kayla was a good Athlete in the Class of 2011 at Reese HS. Played Volleyball, Basketball, & Softball. She is proud of what he has done so far so good. Matt is a good guy to have on the Coaching Staff in Baseball. Played Basketball also too. Better at Baseball then he is in Basketball. Good inspirator to these kids now in Reese. Keep it up & make things interesting there lives now in progress.
