Carson Shampo going to the 2023 Division 3 Boys Golf State Individual Finals. Shot a 77 in the 2023 Division 3 Regionals on Wednesday at Woodland Hills Golf Course in Sandusky. He is a Junior right now at Sandusky HS. One more week to go yet still in HS. Went to the State Finals in Boys Tennis & Golf in his time being in HS. Played 3 years on Varsity in Golf. 3 on Varsity in the No. 1 Doubles with Caleb Minard in the last 3 years. Plays Basketball also too. Didn’t play a lot this past season for Head Coach Brandon Guibord. Get his chance with Head Coach John Baerwolf this coming year. Good 3-sport athlete. Smart individual guy in the classroom & also in sports. Learn a lot of stuff from Christian Long. That has guided Carson to success this season. Head Coach Matt Dickendesher, John Guttowsky, & John Baerwolf love having Carson Shampo on the roster. Learn lots of stuff right away. See him have a good season in Boys Basketball this coming year for the Sandusky Wolves. Going to be a Senior this coming fall. Going to the State Finals next week in Lansing……..
