2023 Millington Cardinals Football Team is going to be loaded. Lots of good talent coming back from the 10-2 squad a year ago. Finish 2nd in the TVC-10 Division. Lose to the Standish-Sterling Panthers in the regular season at there place. Got revenge in the Division 6 District Championship at home on a windy night on November 4th, 2022. Be Division 6 District Champions in front of your home crowd on hand for this matchup. Lose to Reed City in the Regional Championship Game on the road on November 12th, 2022. Players are ready to take this team to another level this coming fall. Head Coach Jason Germain is working on some stuff for the summer workouts. Doing 7 on 7 stuff on Wednesday Night at Frankenmuth HS. Doing individual workouts. Other ones too. Doing weight lifting & conditioning stuff right now. Working on there games for the fall season arrives. Getting the playbook down. Good core of the Class of 2025 right now at Millington HS. Keep improving as a team each & every week. Stay together as a team. Buy into Jason’s system. Preparing for the EPB Lakers in the opener on August 24th, 2023. Take on a good Laker squad to start the 2023 campaign. Keep doing summer workouts for the next 2 weeks. Go from there on out. Have a good idea of things they want done right. Look out for the 2023 Millington Cardinals Football Team this coming fall…..
