Ethan Worrell was clutch late in the game for the Brown City Green Devils Football Team on Friday Night at Brown City HS. 1st Rd of the 8-Man Football Playoff Game. Punishing runner. Not going to bring him down with one guy. Carried a few guys on the pile. Offensive Line open up holes for him. Gets some 1st downs late in the game. Move the chains. Get a 22-14 win over the Carson City Crystal Eagles. Go to 10-0 on the 2023 season. Despite losing a lot of good talent off the team a year ago. The younger ones have stepped right on up for the one that graduated a year ago. Ethan played on Varsity as a Sophomore a year ago in all 3 sports. He is a competitor in all 3 sports. Coaches like what he brings to the table. Head Coach Aren Cooper is glad to have him there anyways. Not scared to play with the best of them. Junior right now at Brown City HS. Take on the Kingston Cardinals next week at home in the Regional Championship Game. They beat them earlier this year at home 38-20. Ethan learn that stuff from Kyle Affer & Clint Ford at the RB position a year ago. Took off in 2023. Defense was clutch for Brown City. 2 red zone stops. Force a few turnovers in the victory. Job isn’t done yet. Prepare for the Kingston Cardinals in practice this week……..
