Owen Anderson did a good job calling a good game behind the plate for the Marlette Red Raiders Baseball Team in the Division 4 District Championship Game against the Kingston Cardinals. Hit pretty well in a 17-5 win 16 days ago. Call good pitches for Trey Lester in that contest. Like to see him be the main Catcher in the next 3 years for Head Coach Dave Hayden. Like to see Trey Lester play 1st Base next season. Him & Aidan Liccardello can hit the Baseball pretty well as Freshman on Varsity. Give them a good lift in the postseason. Upset the Ubly Bearcats in the Division 4 Regional Championship Game at Plymouth Christian Academy HS Last Saturday 3-2. Season ended against the Marine City Cardinal Mooney Cardinals in the Super Regional Game 15-5 in 5 innings. Looking forward to seeing him play in the next 3 years on Varsity……
