Head Coach James Becker wasn’t going to come to the Sandusky Wolves matchup at Ruthko Memorial Field in Ubly HS. His mother passed away during that time being. Split with the Sandusky Wolves that night. 4-0 loss in the 1st game. Got them 4-1 in the 2nd game. Sandusky help Ubly out in the 2nd game against the Brown City Green Devils on the road 2 weeks ago. Sandusky lost 9-7 to Brown City in the 2nd game. Gave the Ubly Bearcats Baseball Team to win the outright 2025 Big Thumb Conference Black Division Title this week. Cade Walsh did a good job as Interim Head Coach against Sandusky. Got the split in that one too. Went 11-1 in Big Thumb Conference Black Division Action in 2025. 3rd straight League Title in a row.
Lost a lot of good talent off the roster to graduation in the last 2 years. You had a lot of good young talent on the roster you could rely on. They answered the call. Prepare for the Division 4 Districts this coming week. Got them is my favorite in that one. Unfinished business to settle in yet still to come. Cade Walsh, Austin Drake, Anthony & Casey Sweeney in the program for the Ubly Bearcats Baseball Team. All 4 of them know their Baseball very well. Culture they know very well. Graduated from Ubly HS. Good group of players love playing for those coaches on the staff. Collected one hardware they got so far. They want another one on hand too. Got upset by the Marlette Red Raiders in the Division 4 Regional Championship Game in Plymouth a year ago. Aaron Bower was on his game for Marlette against Ubly. 3-2 upset win for the Marlette Red Raiders Baseball Team. Focus on the Division 4 Districts this week 1st….. Focus on one day at a time.
