Ended the curse. Comeback & walk-off base hit by 2nd Baseman Linzee Matthews to LF. Score Alaina Roberts for the GW run. 6-5 comeback win. Win their 1st ever Regional Championship Title in School History.
Beat the Byron Eagles 8-0 in the Division 4 Quarterfinals at Mott Community College in Flint. On Tuesday. Byron had a good pitcher. Rest of the team wasn’t that good. Kept that trend to the Division 4 Semifinals on Friday. Secchia Stadium in East Lansing. Michigan State University. 7-1 win over the Fowler Eagles. Maddie Hohne brilliant performance on the mound. Crush the Softball in the last 2 games. Syndey Mabee HR to RF for a solo shot. Take a 1-0 lead. Score 6 unanswered runs when Fowler tied at 1 run apiece.
Lose to the Mendon Hornets 6-2 in the Division 2 State Championship Game on Saturday Night at Secchia Stadium in East Lansing. Take home the 2026 Division 4 State Runner-Up Finishers. Head Coach Scott Parr is proud of what these girls have done all season long. Good core of talent on display. Joe Weaver, Mike Hill, Erin Synder, Dan Blemaster, Jeff Pitts, & Late Bob Synder did good things for the Brown City Green Devils Softball Team in the past years. Brown City loves their Softball.

Brown City Green Devils Softball Team will be loaded in 2027-present. Lose 5 players to graduation. Linzee Matthews, Maddie Hohne, Callie Morse, Chloe Hayes, & Jayden Turland. Good core coming back for the 2027 campaign. Scott is looking to the upcoming years ahead. Nathan Boller & Jasmin Hagner are good Assistant Coaches. They know their Softball.
