Donovan Edwards had a record setting day against the Maryland Terripans in College Park. 11 Receptions & 170 Receiving Yards & 77 Yard TD Reception out of the RB position. True Freshman in the Class of 2021. Big time recruit out of High School at West Bloomfield in the Detroit, MI Area. I remember scoring a TD run out of the Wildcat Formation in the Division 1 State Championship Game on January 23rd at Ford Field in Detroit against the Defending Division 1 State Champions Davison Cardinals. Got a 41-0 victory over Davison. RB’s Coach Mike Hart has done a good job with that unit all season long in Ann Arbor. Stay closed to home instead. 2 TD Runs against the Northern Illinois Huskies on 9/18 in the 3rd Quarter at The Big House in Ann Arbor in a 63-10 route. Long TD Run in that game in the 3rd Quarter. Really good speed as a True Freshman for the 2021 Michigan Wolverines Football Team. Good power also too. Head Coach Jim Harbaugh is proud of his efforts in the W against the Maryland Terripans last week on the road in College Park. One of the 3 best True Freshman RB’s in the 2021 B1G Conference Football Season in Ann Arbor. Congratulations on a record setting day last week against Maryland on the road.
