Brynn Polega guide the USA Patriots Softball Team to a victory in the Division 4 Semifinal Game on Friday in East Lansing. She has been the ring leader all season long for Head Coach Isaiah Gainforth. She was a Senior this past year. Graduated already now at USA HS in the Class of 2021. Going to pitch at Northwood University in Midland, MI next season. Softball has been Brynn’s favorite sport to play while she was a Child growing up. Reaching her dream now to play College Softball next season in the Division 2 Level. Been her passion. Her development has been unbelievable in her 3 years on Varsity. Couldn’t play a year ago because of the COVID-19 started on March 9th, 2020. She was disappointed not to play as a Junior. I remember her in the Division 4 State Championship Game as Sophomore in 2019. Strikeout 17 batters in the victory over the Kalamazoo Christian Comets at MSU in East Lansing. Part of that Triple Play as well too. Deflected off Brynn’s elbow to Rylee Zimmer caught it & touch 2nd Base to 1st Base on that unreal triple play to end the game like that one. Memories will comeback in the future years coming up for everyone else remember that one. Team goals since Day 1 win the Division 4 State Title. One win away of doing that one on Saturday. Take on Rudyard in the State Championship Game on Saturday in East Lansing. She wants to end her career the right way for another State Title on the book once again. Bring home there 7th State Title in School & Program History for the USA Patriots Softball Team. Won it in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2015, 2016, & 2019. State Runner-Up in 2011, 2013, & 2014. Won 34 straight games now. Wants it to be 35 straight games on Saturday. 39-3 on the season now. Lost to the Millington Cardinals 2-1 at home in 9 innings earlier of the season & got revenge of that one at there place 9-1 end the regular season the right way. Only 2 losses Millington Cardinals had on the Schedule in 2021. Brynn has been a good leader for this 2021 USA Patriots Softball Team all season long.
