Calli Morse will miss playing High School Sports for the Brown City Green Devils. Graduated in the Class of 2026 at Brown City HS this past May. She has started her next adventure & journey. Going to College. Scott Parr will miss having Calli behind the plate. Did a good job catching in 2026. Work with Maddie Hohne & Sammy Hayes all season long. Did good work in the program. She’ll bring back memories in the future years ahead. Impressive work I was seeing live. I will miss covering her games.
Best memory was beating the 22-time Regional Champions. USA Patriots on their home field. Division 4 Regional Semifinal Game. 10-8 comeback win. Walk-off against the St. Charles Bulldogs. Another comeback win. Win their 1st ever Division 4 Regional Championship Title in School History. Leave Unionville-Sebewaing Area HS with a 2026 Division 4 Regional Championship Trophy to take back to Brown City HS. Beat the Byron Eagles 8-0 in the Quarterfinals at Mott Community College in Flint. Fowler Eagles in the Semifinals at Secchia Stadium in East Lansing 7-0. Michigan State University. Lose to the Mendon Hornets 6-2 in the Division 4 State Championship Game. Be 2026 Division 4 State Runner-Up Finishers.
Bad memory & bad taste of their mouth. Lose twice to the Sandusky Wolves in Big Thumb Conference Black Division Action. Albrecht Field – Baseball & Softball Complex in Sandusky. Don’t mention that one to me & everyone else too. Be the one not to talk about. Frustrating night not to think about talking. One of those nights not to think about.
