Wayne Roberts has done a fantastic job as Cross Country Head Coach for the Sandusky Redskins Boys & Girls Teams in the past years. Guide those runners to succeed in his system. Chad never lost a race in 1992 as a Junior in HS for the Sandusky Redskins. Class C Individual State Champion as well too. 1994 Sandusky HS Graduated. 1992 was one of Wayne’s best teams he ever had in his amazing Head Coaching Career. Richie Brinker started to beat Chad Rich in 1993 at the Cross Country Meets as a Senior. 1994 Sandusky HS Graduated. Went on to run at Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant. Good career there too. Good Distance Runner in Track & Field as well too. Wayne was the best Long Distance Coach in the State of Michigan in Track & Field. Jacob Grice was a good runner as well too in his days for the Sandusky Redskins Boys Cross Country Team in 1997-00. On the 1997 Class C State Runner-Up Team as a Freshman in HS. Got the School Record in the 3200M Run in Track & Field for the Sandusky Redskins in 2001. 2001 Sandusky HS Graduated. Built for that sport anyways. Good Girls once again for the Sandusky Redskins in 2021. Stud Freshman Runner Kenzie Kreger. She beat Haleigh Bissett for the North Branch Broncos 2 times already now at the Wagner Park & Ubly Invitational. Haleigh Bisstt beat Kenzie Kreger at the Hatchet Invitational on 9/11 at Huron County Fairgrounds in Bad Axe. His runner he ever for the Girls Side of things was Brenda Essenmacher in the Class of 1983 at Sandusky HS. Special Runner for sure. She was good indeed. Had amazing running skills also too. So many awesome teams in his days for the Sandusky Redskins Boys & Girls Cross Country Teams in the past years. Got his name on the Track & Field right now in play too at Woodward Field in Sandusky. Very Very Good Cross Country Head Coach & Guy as well too…… Good mindset of that one too……
