Head Coach Rob Girvin has a good program in store now for the Armada Tigers Softball Team. 2026 was a good start of that department. Won 37 games on the 2026 campaign. Win their 1st ever State Championship Title in School History. Saturday June 13th, 2026 was the day to remember. Take home the 2026 Division 2 State Championship Trophy at Armada HS. Leave Michigan State University on a high note. Special team & season to talk about for a long time. They get their core coming back from the 2026 Division 2 State Championship Team. Taylor Capozzo & Kylie Boyd have graduated at Armada HS in the Class of 2026. Both of them where a good part of something special. Rob will miss having Taylor & Kylie in the program. Both of them set good examples to the program. Other ones will follow their suit.
Legendary Head Coach Chris Pollock has been impressed of what Rob Girvin has done for the Armada Tigers Softball Team. Chris comes to a lot of Armada sporting events. Staying active & seeing them succeed in the highest level once again. Got a good coaching staff on task. Ashley Shreve & Tim Piconke are good Assistant Coaches. Both of them do a good job with the player development & other ones. Players run thru a brick wall for Tim & Ashley. Rob is fortunate enough to have both of them their anyways. Armada is had very good Softball in the past years. Bring back winning Softball once again.
Thursday June 11th, 2026. Secchia Stadium in East Lansing. Michigan State University. Beat the No. 1 team in the State in Division 2. Stevensville-Lakeshore Lancers 4-2 in the Semifinal Game. Carry that one to the Division 2 State Championship Game on Saturday June 13th, 2026. Beat the Farmington Hills Mercy Marlins 9-1 in the Division 2 State Championship Game. Take home the biggest prize to Armada HS for good. Go 37-8 on the campaign. Look out for them in 2027 & counting. Armada loves their Softball. Special Saturday to talk about for a long time coming. Good core of fine ladies in the program. Not done yet.
They are the real deals in 2027. Armada Tigers Softball Team is not slowing down one bit. Congratulations on your fine season overall….. BWAC Softball Is Loaded Indeed……. No days playing in the BWAC Softball Action…… One shining moment begins now…….
